You Need ID before going to Jail, But Not Vote? Here’s the Bill That Fixes That...
The SAVE Act is the commonsense solution America’s been begging for!
You need a photo ID to return a blender at Target... but not to vote for the President of the United States?
Come on. That’s not “equity.” That’s insanity.
A full-blown indictment of how upside-down this country’s logic has become.
Want to buy cough syrup? Show ID.
Want to board a plane? Show ID.
Want to rent a Hotel Room? ID please.
Want to get Welfare Benefits? Yep. Need ID.
But cast a vote?
Ah no, that’s where the line magically gets drawn. That’s where we start pretending people are too fragile or confused to prove who they are. And if you dare suggest otherwise? You’re a racist, apparently.
Get outta here with that bovine feces.
Here’s the real scandal:
83% of Americans across race, party, and income support voter ID.
But the Democrat machine, backed by media echo chambers and activist lawyers, keeps trotting out the same tired lie: “It disenfranchises voters.”
No. What disenfranchises voters is fraud.
What disenfranchises voters is fake ballots.
What disenfranchises voters is distrust in the system.
You want fair elections? Then act like it. Treat voting with the same seriousness you treat renting a U-Haul or buying a bottle of NyQuil.
Here’s the solution:
You want to make it fair? Fine.
Send every eligible voter a government-issued photo ID. Free. No excuses.
Then require it at the ballot box, every time. Boom. Done. Now nobody can cry foul unless, of course, their goal was to keep the loopholes open.
And let’s be honest that’s exactly why this debate exists.
The only people terrified of voter ID are the ones counting on people voting who shouldn’t. Period.
While we’re at it...
End mass mail-in ballots.
End ballot harvesting.
End universal drop boxes with no security.
Other countries have done it. France banned mail-in ballots in the 1970s due to fraud concerns.
They figured it out. But somehow we, the supposedly “most advanced democracy in the world” are still debating whether checking an ID is too much to ask?
We’ve lost our damn minds.
Voting is a privilege.
Voting is a responsibility.
Voting is not a damn free-for-all game show with mystery contestants.
If we can’t agree on this most basic standard of integrity, what’s the point of anything else?
Tell me I’m wrong.
And Here’s the answer:
The Safeguard American Voter Eligibility Act (commonly known as the SAVE Act)
A simple act to protect American Elections against Election Fraud
Call or write your Senators and tell them you’ve had enough and you want this already!
It’s way past time!
The SAVE Act is the commonsense solution America’s been begging for.

Thanks for another great article, Sunny. Just one minor quibble. The most convincing thing for me about voter ID is that you cannot even open a bank account without an ID. And without a bank account, you cannot collect Social Security or welfare, as you mentioned. So who are these people who get paid all cash and stuff it in their mattresses? Drug dealers?
By the way, this interview of Ralph Pezzullo about corrupted voting machines will absolutely blow your mind:

Is he right? I suspect he is, but I don't know. What do you think?
I bought fire starter sticks for starting fires in our fireplace. It required ID. Who comes up with this stuff?
There is federal law requiring voters in federal elections to be citizens. But no federal law about ID to prove their citizenship. So, AZ passed a law that a person need only swear that they are a citizen, and election officials may NOT require proof. In other words, the AZ legislature INTENDS for voter fraud to happen. You can be absolutely sure it happened in 2020.
