I agree, then we let them live on the streets and even gave them free drugs...that is not a hand up, that's a virtual death sentence for them and society. We need to put them back in facilities and clean them up as well as our streets.

Open humane State Hospitals Now, and Addiction Treatment Center..Tx or Jail..give them a hand up not a hand out..
